Greetings & Salutations!

Wayne is a polymath who was born at a very early age and, quite impressively, has not died yet-something he considers to be a notable achievement.

He joined Freemasonry in 2006, the Holy Royal Arch in 2007, the S.R.I.A. in 2012, and the Ancient & Accepted Rite in 2013. In 2011, Wayne became the Master of Llannerch Lodge and has spent fourteen of the following fifteen years in one chair or another. His commitment to Masonry is extensive. He was a founding member of the Widows Sons North Wales chapter, served as the Provincial Webmaster for five years, the Assistant Provincial Mentor for five years, and was part of the Membership Pathways Team also for five years. Additionally, Wayne was an active member of the North Wales Association of Masonic Study for eight years,  as both a Speaker and committee member, he has also been giving talks across several provinces since 2017.

Wayne is also a fervent supporter of the Blood Bikes Wales charity, dedicating his time and effort to this vital cause, raising over £50,000 from talks and presentations.

Put simply Wayne is A Blood Biker, A CodeNinja, A Gamer, A Hacker, A Blogger, A Writer & Poet, A Speaker, A Freemason, A Rosicrucian, A Reader, A Spod, A Son, An Uncle, A Brother, A Man, AN INDIVIDUAL!

A Reflection on the New Social Media Ban

There are days when the news feels like a gentle breeze across the hills of Wales, and there are days when it arrives like a startled raven dropping a scroll at your feet. Today’s scroll contains the latest grand plan from the powers that be, a plan that declares that...

A Visit From the Sovereign Grand Commander (Rosicrucian #2)

This evening it was the meeting of Valle Crucis Chapter Rose Croix. Since the Craft PGM is now in the Sovereign's chair thanks to insider dealings, his friend the Sovereign Grand Commander was in attendance. Oddly, since the person who has attended one meeting in the...

A Weekend in Leicester for a Rose Croix Demonstration (Rosicrucian #1)

Friday a group of us from Valle Crucis Chapter (Nev, Hugh, & Myself) travelled over to Leicester for a few beers. "Technically" the few beers came about while we were trying to decide what to have for food, and figured we should test the beer in Leicester while we...

Volunteer Week – 2026

The first day of Volunteer Week rises like a bright banner across Wales, calling us to pause for a moment and honour the people who give their time and their strength simply because it is the right thing to do. These are the men and women who step forward without...

A busy Month

I have taken a step back from Freemasonry in North Wales for a simple reason. The rot in the system has become too obvious to ignore. Not the gentle moss that grows on an old stone wall, but the sort of creeping decay that makes you stop, fold your arms, and mutter...

Red or Blue Button

There is a question that is tearing the Internet apart, and no it is not about a dress and is it Black/Blue or White/Gold. It is:- Everyone on earth takes a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone...

High Council 2026

I have returned from the SRIA High Council meeting with my mind humming like a golden hive in midsummer, every cell alive with ideas, symbols, and the soft crackle of revelation. There is something wonderfully absurd about it. Every year I think, surely this is the...

BBW – Masonic Open Day

Earlier today, I took a brief hiatus from haunting the digital wilds and shaking my metaphorical walking stick at the TikTok generation to wander down to the Maesgwyn Masonic Hall. Every now and then it’s good for a man to step out of the algorithmic shadows and...

Never send a boy to do a woman’s job

Today is “Ada Lovelace Day“. It is an international day of blogging (videologging, podcasting, comic drawing etc.!) to draw attention to the achievements of women in technology and science. Women’s contributions often go unacknowledged, their innovations seldom...

I am always glad to help

I am always glad to help

On my way home from work I stopped off at the local Co-Op for a loaf of bread. As I was leaving the store I spotted one of those people who like to hang out with clipboards and hassle ordinary folk as they try and go about their daily lives. My normal response to them...

Happy Independence Day

Happy Independence Day

Four score and seven years ago, or in 1776 We decided that the young country of America had become old enough to trust not to run out in front of traffic, or try and play with dangerous animals and as such we took the reins off. There comes a time in every parents...
