This evening was Wrexhamian Chapter’s meeting.
It was our first meeting since everyone got their new roles, and the last one of the year.
The Good!
The meetings went very well, we had both a joining member, and a new member. The ceremony went well, and everyone had a great time. And we ended the evening voting to donate £250 to the North Wales Mountain Rescue Association, and £250 to Teddies for Loving Care. What a way to the the year!
The Bad!!
Due to there being two parties downstairs, and the face we are not allowed to use our dining facilities on Fridays in November or December we had to dine in a small room upstairs, and the Fat Boar guys had given us one person to serve and clean up, so it took a long time for the meals to be carried from the kitchens, up the stairs, down some halls one meal at a time. The top table had finished eating before the main table got served.
The Ugly!!!
The bar staff for some bizarre reason, were serving drinks in old dirty, unwashed glasses until several members noticed and mentioned it. You would think a company who run multiple food and drink establishments would know better.

The Holy Royal Arch (Royal Arch)
Administration of the Royal Arch and its Chapters has been entrusted by UGLE to the Supreme Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of England.
Joining the Royal Arch (or 'Chapter') is the fourth and final stage in Pure Antient Masonry, as defined in the Act of Union of 1813 that created the current United Grand Lodge of England.
Anyone who has been a Master Mason for four weeks can join—and should aspire to join the Royal Arch, because becoming a Companion of the Order continues their voyage of discovery
