This evening I have my first ever “Official” talk.
In school I had been part of group presentations, and in the Army Cadets I had to do the odd thing before a group of people, but I have never had to write and present a paper or talk. I did Engineering in college and university, so no papers, essay’s or presentations.
In the SRIA, it is common for the members to write a talk or paper and then to present it at one of the meetings. There is then normally a discussion on Q&A on the paper.
This evening it was my first ever time doing this. I gave a talk titled “Kuji-In An Introduction to the Nine Hand Seals” Since it was the first topic I could think of, that the other members may not have heard or know anything about.
The talk went well, with a good discussion after that degenerated into discussing ninja’s.
I guess I can now mark that off my “Bucket List“.
Write and Present a paper!
I will add a download button below to a copy of my first attempted paper.
